1. Data Collection and Use

We collect personal information including name, contact details, country of residence, and payment data to provide our services. When you request scanning, we also process the contents of the correspondence you choose to have opened. We additionally collect non-personal data (IP address, browser type) to improve site performance and user experience. We process this data in accordance with applicable Paraguayan data-protection law.

2. Data Sharing and Service Providers

Your personal information is never sold or rented to third parties. We share data only with the partners and processors necessary to provide the service, or when required by law or judicial order. These include our mail-handling partner in Paraguay, which receives and handles your physical correspondence, and our payment processor, Elite Digital Services (Dover, Delaware, USA), which handles billing. Each is bound to use your data only to deliver the service.

3. Data Retention

Physical mail is held at our partner's premises for up to 90 days from receipt. Digital (scanned) copies are retained for the duration of your active subscription and for the archive period of your plan — up to 2 years for Basic and Standard, and up to 3 years for Premium. After account termination, digital copies remain accessible for 30 days so you can download them, after which they may be deleted.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Correspondence is opened only with your explicit, per-item consent. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely infallible.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update, delete, and obtain a copy (portability) of your personal data, and to withdraw consent, in accordance with applicable Paraguayan law. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

6. International Data Transfers

Because billing and certain technical infrastructure are located outside Paraguay (including the United States), your data may be transferred to and stored in locations outside Paraguay. We take reasonable measures to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website.
